You know what I mean, long waits on the phone, endless automated phone systems, response times in days or weeks instead of minutes. I take great pride in being responsive and available to my clients. If I were the one buying or selling a property, I would want someone there to help, someone who responds quickly with expert advice. That’s what I do. Quite honestly there are times that I’m working at my capacity, and I find it necessary to not spread myself too thin. Many people don’t even realize there is a big difference. All real estate professionals are not equal. The amount of time, effort, accountability, and education required to become a real estate broker is significantly more than it is to be an agent/salesperson. The level of expertise and responsibility required to be a real estate broker is very high. All agents/salespersons require broker supervision. An agent/salesperson may not work alone, they are always under the supervision of a real estate broker.
I focus on residential real estate only. Even though I am qualified, I chose not to dabble in commercial real estate or rentals. Focusing on specific parts of the real estate industry helps me gain a greater expertise. I help my clients with the purchase and sales of residential homes, condos, multifamily properties, and land.
