I am the only real estate professional at my brokerage. I am the broker, and the owner of Rich Carlson Real Estate, Inc. You will receive personalize, individualized attention when you work with me. As the broker, and the only real estate professional in my brokerage, I carefully manage the number of clients I commit to. Quite honestly there are times that I’m working at my capacity, and I find it necessary to not spread myself too thin. I will not work with a client unless I can guarantee that I will be able to give them the attention they deserve. I do not take on work that I can’t manage.
When you ask me to help, you will not be handed off or randomly assigned to anyone else. You won’t be working with someone who may have just received their agent/salespersons license last week as may be the case in some super-sized brokerages. When you work with me, you work with me and only me. I will be with you every step of the way. Every one of my clients always receives my personal outstanding service and expertise. Often, I see real estate brokerages where a client are assigned to multiple agents/salespersons in a brokerage through the process of single transaction. The amount of time, effort, accountability, and education required to become a real estate broker is significantly more than it is to be an agent/salesperson. The level of expertise and responsibility required to be a real estate broker is very high. All agents/salespersons require broker supervision. An agent/salesperson may not work alone, they are always under the supervision of a real estate broker.
